Cancellation Policy
Your purchase of coaching packages , sessions, or services indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, all coaching services are allowed to be rescheduled. We do not offer refunds on any of our services. **We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed. **Should you need to reschedule a coaching package, session, or service you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your appointed time and making up the appointment within a week of the originally scheduled date. **Packages, sessions, or services not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package, session or service. **Any missed or canceled package, sessions or service with less than 48 hours advance notice will be forfeited. **Absolutely It’s Yours, has scheduled specific appointments with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a package, session or service, if they give at least 48 hours advance notice.
